Phil Potzka

Phil has over 35 years of experience in the relocation industry, starting with his college days in Boston where he worked as a packer and van foreman while earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Northeastern University. With his valuable work experience in all facets of the moving business, Phil was an officer in the U.S. Army Transportation Corps, retiring with the rank of Major after 15 years. After his military service, he worked all over the United States as a freight forwarder, sales manager, general manager and regional manager for a major van line. 

Phil earned many awards for sales achievement, but he was always driven to always look after the interests of the customer first. Others say it: Phil lives it. When given the opportunity to start his own business, he jumped at the chance to mold a service-driven company and elevate the high standard of excellence in the industry. Today, under Phil’s leadership, the Diamond Worldwide Relocation team delivers the best domestic and international move management services in the industry with a customer satisfaction rate of 98%.

Tylene Ashcroft

Tylene is a 13-year veteran of the international relocation industry, beginning her career as an international relocation specialist at a moving management firm in California. Developing all the skills required to manage an international move from start to finish, she quickly advanced to a senior relocation specialist, managing moves for top VIP clients for large corporate accounts. In 2005, Tylene moved to Asheville, NC and accepted the challenge of helping to build Diamond Worldwide Relocation from the foundation up. A proactive manager with a thorough knowledge of the international relocation industry, Tylene is responsible for the company’s day-to-day operations, including vendor management, cost management, quality control and new business development. With Diamond, she has overseen operations in international and domestic moving projects involving thousands of shipments to every part of the globe.
