  3. Multi-lingual country managers available to provide superior service to those who do not speak English as their first language.
  4. Registered International Mover (RIM) Certified Agents are also selected where available ensuring quality standards and ethics established by the American Moving and Storage Association (AMSA).
*FAIM certification is given only to agents that have been independently audited and found proficient in areas covering 16 parameters relating to moving. This includes everything from the time it takes to pickup the phone to security measures in the warehouse.
